Josh Pearl, the owner of Pearlz Offroad Engineering, started off as a diesel mechanic working in a truck shop in Holt, California. He spent most of his career working in the construction industry hauling and operating heavy equipment while building diesel performance trucks on the side. In 2019, he got the opportunity to be lead mechanic for a desert offroad racing team for four years while helping run the shop and chase teams in Nevada and Mexico. Simultaneously, he got to co-drive for the Baja 500 in 2021. Now, he brings his experience and expertise to his own shop in Sutter Creek, California for full offroad and custom builds for trucks, jeeps, UTVs, SUVs, and classic cars.
